The California-based CBD company commissioned us to conduct a study into personal wellness. We asked American respondents how they were feeling after the last year and at what age they believe they have or will have “peaked”.
What did the research reveal?
– Age 37 is the best year of our lives, according to our respondents.
– More than a third don’t think they’ll reach their peak until they’re over the age of 46.
– And two-thirds of those surveyed believe their best years are still ahead of them.
How were they feeling about the here and now?
– Six in 10 have come to appreciate themselves more within the past year than ever before.
– Nearly two out of five (39%) believe 2021 is already shaping up to be their peak year. Likewise, three out of four Americans have a wellness goal planned for 2021.
– Top wellness goals include achieving better physical health (56%), better mental health (46%), exercising more (45%) and maintaining a better diet (44%).
The research found 85% feel happiest when they feel good about themselves. Similarly, 80% believe they can achieve anything as long as they feel physically, mentally, and emotionally well.
The custom research and earned media project made headlines for the CBDfx brand: 80 pieces of coverage on high ranking sites with an average domain authority (DA) of 72.
