Research and media campaign
More people are turning to self-care as a form of stress relief.
Wellness software company, Vagaro commissioned a general population survey of 2,000 Americans. The study explored self-care habits and asked respondents whether they saw themselves investing in more self-care in the future. As well as conducting research, we worked with our earned media division, We are Talker, to create and distribute a news story, infographic and visual assets.

The research found that seven in 10 Americans (73%) were more conscious of needing self-care in 2020 — and 69% planned to do more self-care in 2021 than they did in the previous year.
Vagaro published the results on their own website and shared across social channels, using data visuals to illustrate the key findings.
